who we are
The Joshi Health Foundation
Joshi Health Foundation, is a non-profit organization designed to provide free health care service to our community. It has been formed with the mission to guide and advise people when traditional health care limits their options or fails them. Additionally, It will inspire people to invest in their health and wellness through personalized, innovative, evidence-based health education.
Two key areas of the organization are noted below:
The Joshi Health Clinic: A FREE health clinic offering once a week general medical physician consultation to patients over the age of 18 and access to limited FREE lab and X Ray testing at partner local health care institutions. It will also offer advice on low cost medication options and limited access to FREE medications. Eligible patients are those with no or very limited health insurance. Limited virtual consultation appointments will be made available once a week (typically on Fridays and Saturdays), starting January 15th.
Community Health Education: Free virtual health seminars for all community members.
Please remember that we do NOT cater to time-sensitive health matters and emergencies. Health issues that require such attention are best addressed in an emergency room or urgent care setting.
